Security & Vulnerability Reporting

1. Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability affecting this website or another S.T.R.A.N.D. system, please contact us at the address below.

When possible, include enough information for us to understand and investigate the issue without including unnecessary sensitive information.

2. What to include

A useful report may include:

• The affected page, system, service, or product.
• A clear description of the suspected issue.
• Steps needed to reproduce the behavior.
• The potential security impact.
• Relevant screenshots or non-sensitive technical details.
• Any reasonable suggestions for remediation, if known.

3. Please do not send sensitive information

Do not send passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, private encryption keys, customer records, confidential business data, government identification numbers, financial information, or other sensitive secrets through ordinary email.

If sensitive information appears necessary to investigate a report, contact us first so an appropriate method of exchange can be determined.

4. Responsible testing

Please avoid security testing that could disrupt services, damage systems, degrade availability, destroy or alter data, interfere with other users, or create unnecessary risk.

Do not intentionally access, download, retain, alter, or disclose data belonging to another person or organization beyond what is minimally necessary to demonstrate a suspected vulnerability.

Please do not use social engineering, phishing, physical intrusion, denial-of-service techniques, or other disruptive methods when evaluating S.T.R.A.N.D. systems.

5. Coordinated disclosure

We ask that suspected vulnerabilities be reported privately so we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address them before detailed public disclosure.

We appreciate good-faith efforts to avoid unnecessary harm while identifying and reporting security issues.

6. Vulnerability rewards

S.T.R.A.N.D. Tessel Industries LLC does not currently operate a public vulnerability bounty program.

Submission of a security report does not create an entitlement to payment, compensation, reward, employment, or any other benefit.

7. Response and remediation

We may review, investigate, prioritize, remediate, or otherwise respond to reported issues based on factors such as severity, reproducibility, impact, technical feasibility, and available resources.

We do not guarantee a particular response time, remediation schedule, outcome, or status update for every submission.

8. Security principles

As our systems and products develop, our security practices are intended to emphasize appropriate access controls, least-privilege principles, software maintenance, monitoring, backups, secure configuration, recovery planning, and responsible handling of sensitive information.

Security practices may evolve as our systems, infrastructure, products, and risk profile change.
